And finally, almond tofu (Xing Ren Dou Fu) is loved by most of people for its cold and smooth flavor and can be found in many dessert stores. Actually, almond tofu is not made from almond and tofu, but is milled into a pulp and solidified into lumps like that of tofu, then diced fruits are added on top and its refrigerated to make it nice and cold.
