Qiaojia Five-leaved Pinebelongs to thePinaceaeFamily, with the Latin name ofPinus squamata. It grows in regions 2,200 meters above sea level. It's mainly distributed in Qiaojia County of Yunnan Province in the southwest ofChina. It was first discovered by Chinese botanists in 1991.
